## Trade and transport should be planned together.

A low purchase price can quickly become less attractive if transport is expensive
or impractical. We therefore consider the goods’ dimensions, readiness, origin, 
destination and delivery conditions early in the trade process.

Where requested, we help obtain quotations and coordinate parties involved in transport,
container handling and onward delivery.

**Important:** Maalko is not an asset-owning carrier. Transport is performed by 
independent carriers and freight forwarders. Responsibility, insurance and costs
must be agreed for each assignment.

## Transport enquiries

### Can Maalko coordinate transport without a purchase or sale?

We assess standalone B2B transport requests individually. Our main focus remains
logistics linked to commercial trade and equipment transactions.

### Do you handle customs clearance?

When necessary, we can help identify appropriate freight-forwarding or customs partners.
Any customs filing and associated responsibility are agreed with the appointed provider.

### Is cargo insurance included?

Insurance is not automatically included. Required coverage and the responsible contracting
party must be agreed before shipment.
