### Vehicle specifications

Make, model, year, mileage or operating hours, engine and axle configuration, plus
photographs and available maintenance records.

### Commercial expectations

Number of vehicles, individual or batch pricing, condition, location, available 
documents and desired timing.

### Handover arrangements

Whether the buyer will collect, whether delivery is required and if any temporary
storage is needed before shipment.

For larger groups of trucks and trailers, an organised inventory and consistent 
commercial terms help make an international sales process more efficient.

### Specifications

Provide vehicle makes and models, age, configuration, emission standard and mileage,
with photographs for each unit.

### Condition

Document maintenance history, notable repairs, damage and available registration
or inspection records.
