PROCUREMENT AGENCY

## You define the requirement. We research the market.

Finding a supplier is only part of a successful international purchase. Buyers also
need to understand technical specifications, quantities, product condition, availability
and payment and delivery conditions.

Maalko can identify potential suppliers, make initial approaches, review offers 
with you and support price and commercial negotiations. We focus on practical, business-
to-business sourcing rather than lengthy theoretical consultancy projects.

Depending on the assignment, we act as an intermediary between buyer and supplier
or as a trading company purchasing and reselling the goods. Our role and remuneration
are discussed in advance.
