## Good trade starts with the right connections.

We believe in straightforward personal business relationships. A good transaction
depends on understanding what a buyer or seller actually needs, communicating clearly
and being willing to deal with the practical details.

Maalko combines an entrepreneurial trading approach with business contacts across
Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus. Our work has included transport equipment,
industrial machinery, containers and other commercial goods.

We prefer a realistic transaction plan over a lengthy advisory process. We discuss
what is commercially feasible, what can be verified and which steps require the 
involvement of specialist partners.

## Broker or trading party: agreed in advance.

Some assignments involve brokerage between other companies. For other transactions,
Maalko may buy and sell goods directly. Transport and warehousing are handled by
independent service providers. We aim to keep these roles transparent.
